About the Director
Tom Concannon has operated as an independent business consultant specialising in Industrial Relations and Human Resource since 1999 and established Taliesin Management Consulting in 2003.
Tom has held variety of senior management positions within several high risk industries and as such is aware of the impact poor compliance and staff management can have on the working environment. In 2000, Tom worked with a State Government to develop “whole of government” workplace standards to simplify the complexities of employing and managing staff throughout all state Government Departments and Government Business Enterprises.
Prior to that Tom worked as a principle consultant with the Federal Employment Advocate advising and coaching a variety of private sector industries within the risk and compliance field.
Additionally, Tom holds certification as a human resource coach through the HR Coach Network, and professional membership with the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI), the Australian Industrial Relations Society (AIRS) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
